Represent Chinese and foreign clients in bringing civil lawsuits before the people's court in respect of disputes over assignment/license contracts of intellectual property rights;

Request the people's courts to take the measures of pre-litigation cease of infringement, preservations of property and preservations of evidence, on behalf of Chinese and foreign clients; and

Act for Chinese and foreign clients in other legal proceedings in connection with the intellectual property rights.
